Shipping Information: Custom stamp orders are typically manufactured the day following the placement of an order and shipped that day or the following day. Shipping is by USPS Priority for shipments within the United States which takes 2-3 days for delivery. If you realize that you need/want to make a change, you must notify us immediately after placing your order.
Embossing Seals take approximately 5 days in manufacturing and 2-3 days for delivery. Seals are shipped by UPS.
Shipments to Canada travel by US Postal First Class International. If your shipment is going to a Canadian Province, at checkout, please choose Canada (CA) shipping opposed to Bestway Table Rate.
Return Policy: When you create your product in the online store, you are creating a custom product just for you. All items are made to order. We do not maintain ready to ship inventory. We cannot exchange or replace a product if you just don't like what you ordered. It cannot be resold. If you enter your information incorrectly, you are responsible.
