Return Policy: When you create your product in the online store, you are creating a custom product just for you. We cannot exchange or replace a product if you just don't like what you ordered. It cannot be resold. If you enter your information incorrectly, you are responsible. Be certain to verify the information for accuracy at check out. Training items could be copied then an attempt to return. Training items are non-refundable/non-returnable.

Products ordered are manufactured the next business day after ordering and shipped within two business days. If you realize that you want to change or cancel your order, you must notify us immediately after your order is placed.

If there is a manufacturer error on a customized product, or the product fails to work properly, we will replace it free of charge.
